I had the privilege of photographing my first set of triplets this spring! Leyla, Mohammed, and Leyana were such amazing babies! I got some great shots of these beautiful little ones. <3
Back in the spring, I teamed up with Little Gems in Tecumseh for a special Mother's Day Portrait Giveaway. Michelle was my lucky winner and I was able to recently photograph her and her two gorgeous children! I know these portraits mean so much to her and I know she is going to enjoy seeing them for many years to come.

This little sweetheart was so good for me! We were able to get lots of different poses done with him. I think my favorite set up was with the antlers his mommy and daddy brought!
This little guy was my biggest newborn to date weighing 10lbs, but he was also my sleepiest! His mommy & daddy had the most amazing backyard that I was able to use for his newborn portraits and I just love how they turned out!
I've known Reid's mommy for a while now, and when she found out she was expecting I was so happy for her! After a few tests, it was confirmed that Reid had Down Syndrome and had the heart defects that commonly go along with it. The unknown future for this little guy is a bit scary, as they don't know whether he will need emergency surgery now and then a major surgery at 6 months, or if he will be able to have everything corrected at the 6 month mark. It's an unknown road ahead for this family and I'm so blessed to have been able to capture these images of Reid for his mommy and daddy!
Sometimes life throws you a surprise. In March we found out we were expecting a new baby! I had a bout of bronchitis in March and my doctor asked me if I was pregnant (so he knew which antibiotics to prescribe). Then it hit me...the only time I get bronchitis is when I'm pregnant. (I know, weird.) Needless to say, we're expecting a baby girl due November 12!
Also right before my first ultrasound my daughter broke her arm and had to have surgery (in case you're wondering why she's in a cast!)
